"Mundo is a small Melbourne café and bakery with an old-fashioned charm. True to its name Mundo (Spanish for world), the design combines simple typography with old maps and quirky vintage imagery of old-fashioned modes of transportation. The identity design includes a complete stationery set, a website, as well as extensive packaging and menu designs."
22 year-old graphic designer, illustrator and occasional type designer from Melbourne, Australia.

We are a design studio based in Barcelona. We mostly work in brand identity, illustration and editorial design. We always wanted to have our own style, and we believe we have achieved it. Geometry, color, direct typography. Let’s say purity. When we look back over our work we feel it is consistent, but we usually prefer to look forward.
We are small. We like it that way because it lets us stay close to our clients, be flexible and take care of every single detail at every step of the process. We’re sure you have read that before somewhere else, but we mean it. Work with us and you’ll see.
Mia Jane-Harris creates absolutely stunning close-up photographs of medical specimens of human cadavers in her series “Your Corpse is Beautiful” and shows us just how beautiful death can be.

Cappellini presents the Meltdown lamp by the Swedish designer, Johan Lindstén. This lamp confirms that his attitude is synonymous with contemporary and avant-garde design. The project from the talented young Swedish designer debuted at the Salone Satellite Milan 2012 and astonished the design community. Now, in 2013, it is available to the public.
Meltdown, available through the Cappellini collection, is a lamp of thin coloured glass with a spherical shape that is hand blown in a mold. The inspirational idea was to create something beautiful spawned from the disastrous nuclear accident in Fukushima. The disaster is reflected in the lamps where the bulbs are about to melt through the last defense of the glass. The diameter of every lamp is the same width and they can be composed in the linear way or as a sprig of grapes.
The colors available are: dove, pink, tobacco, light blue, amethyst, amber.
